AIProfile.website ("we", "our", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Account details (name, email), profile content you submit for analysis (headline, About section, experience, skills), uploaded resumes, and usage data such as AI credit consumption and login activity.
To generate your Profile Score, optimized profile content and job match results via our AI provider; to operate your account and subscription; to communicate service updates; and to improve product quality.
We do not sell your personal data. Profile content is sent to our AI provider solely to generate your requested analysis and is not used to train third-party models on our behalf.
You may access, export, or permanently delete your account and associated data at any time from Account Settings, or by contacting support@aiprofile.website.
Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms and never stored in plain text. We use encrypted connections and role-based access controls to protect account and administrative data.
